Meet Rebecca!

This week in our ‘Meet the Team’ series we have Rebecca, our service office manager!

🛠️ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐕𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥?

I am the service office manager. Within the All Road division my main role is notifying customers of damages to hired equipment & chasing the costs of repairs.

🤝 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐮𝐬?

My favourite thing definitely has to be my colleagues! From beginning my journey here at the young age of 19, they have all felt like a second family to me helping to guide me through the years. Together as a team I feel like we provide an outstanding level of service – whilst having plenty of laughs and craic along the way!

🏞️ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤?

I love spending time with my family. Whether it be spending time on the building site of our new home or finding new adventures for us every weekend. Though many would debate I am a bit of a wine connoisseur in my spare time!

🔄 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐲?

I would like to swap roles with Neil our transport planner. Both of our offices have a fast paced environment and are similar dealing with customers and drivers/mechanics. I’ve had an interest in vehicles and lorries since I was a child and I feel this is a job I would thoroughly enjoy! Not to mention I think he gets it handy so it could be a little more relaxing than my current role! 😉
